I think... sometimes... it may be things we never would think would draw someone to us.. maybe even what we might consider to be drawbacks that for some reason... another may see as a good thing. Hmmmm....

I think this question is even more difficult to fathom (for me)
than it is to say precisely why I am drawn to someone.
I can list the many things I like about them - but the essential
'I LIKE ! so-and-so because...' is most-often inexplicable
for me.

(*A close relative of 'because '.)

In any case I am very grateful to and for those people

Once, a looong time ago now, my Mother asked me if I knew

All I could think of to say was, "What would I have in common with
someone who is normal?"

which is probably why
I remember it.
