That seems to happen a lot. Sometimes, it's once or twice and sometimes, it's a complete change from what I knew and makes me wonder... What happened?!
If I remember correctly, Ja'aj pointed out that it IS part of my character if I acted that way. lol Maybe, when it surprised others it's because it isn't something a person does often?

An aspect I didn't know was there... that happens enough times! lol You truly know someone when that happens?

yes ,it can be quite surprising when a rat bag larrikin troublesome, hard ,opinionated (but good natured) arse hole does a turn around and nurses his wife right to the end at home ,unbelievable what he did ,every thing possible, for 18 months.

Hmmm... I have a feeling you have someone in mind. [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]

Sounds to me like he did a really amazing thing in this time and age. Most people don't stick with anyone when times get a little hard.

Awwww...that sucks...yet, they had 13 years and some never even come close to that. [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] It's hard to know what to say. I guess, to me, they were blessed to find each other in this world of so many mismatched and shallow people.

(Not that anyone asked [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] but...) I agree with you, Bree.
That was what I thought immediately - "lucky."
13 years is a very long time, I think.
Both my 'marriages' combined only came to 15 years...
7 1/2 and 7 1/2. (Apparently, 7 1/2 is my limit.)
... um... for marriage; not relationships. If it doesn't get
mucked up with *shudder* marriage, I'm good with the 'long haul'.
