2 tablespoons basil
2 tablespoons marjoram
2 tablespoons oregano
2 tablespoons rosemary
2 tablespoons thyme

If you add sage, slightly less than 1 tablespoon

optional.. garlic powder and onion powder

sounds good ,I'll plant some Oregano and rosemary , got the others already,and dry them in the dehydrator I got yesterday .

LOL Breezey, I took it back, basil and other herbs took twice as long as stated to dry, the chillies even longer,it's not worth while for me to get a better (more expensive) model as i don't have fruit trees etc... only small amounts of foods to dry...oh well.. I had to at least try it !
