A good joke. Or even a very corny one.

For example:
A horse walked into a bar. The bartender said, "Why the long face?"

A lot of things... things I read on here, a chipmunk that is trying to live in my garage, family and shared time, jokes, babies laughing, things children say...
So many things that I can't list them all. smile2

Definitely the things I read on here too Breezey, have me laughing. A chipmunk in your garage!!! ha ha ha. I have never seen a chipmunk except in cartoons.
Children are so funny.. such characters. Animals can be hilarious too. I laugh at myself quite often for the silly things I do.. Memories make me laugh.

Many times, others remind me what a pain chipmunks are, but I find them so cute to watch. lol
Newest laugh... raking a big pile of leaves and playing with children in them. smile2

I had two of our granddaughters on the weekend. We went to the park and we hunted for fairies. The innocent things they said made me laugh and really happy to know that they are being bought up to believe in the magic of life. The amazement on their faces as they caught sight of Tinkerbell hiding in the "Forrest". They are 6 and 8. In this world the way it is, it is refreshing to see children still believe in the "real" things still (-:

Why do you suppose adults want to take that away from children and make them "grow up"?
So many adults have forgotten how to imagine and smile and have simple fun.

I think perhaps it could be that they have forgotten to remember what it was like to be a child and to believe still in the magical things. So many adults find children too much hard work and don't make the time for them. As children themselves, they may not have been heard or seen for that matter and so had to grow up too quick and leave behind what should go with all of us into so called adulthood.

You always make me smile (-: (-: (-: (-: (-:

Children aren't always hard work, unless you forgot how to play. I reminded a friend of mine about that when he was frustrated with his 4 year old son because he had all his toys spread all over the room. He wanted his son to clean up his toys, which sounded to him like work.

I said that I bet that I could pick up more of the toys faster than he could. Surprisingly, his son won that competition!
