I got a 7 day weekend...long story.

Funny thing is, my mom kept telling me how some people didn't like this, and some people didn't like that, and I kept telling her that if they didn't like it, they didn't have to eat it...
That's why I made 3 different veggies and 3 different starches...

Spring is taking a while to get here this year, in many parts of the country. I've already started mowing the lawn for this season. If you are where there's still snow on the ground ... think SPRING ... it will get here, eventually!

I did think spring! I saw my crocus and lily plants starting to peek out of the ground...I had a day using my fire pit to cook in the back yard... and now this!![You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

We had 2 nor'easters back to back, 5 days apart, in the last half of March, with accumulations of about 8 inches from each storm. That amounts to more snow than we had the entire winter up until then!

I'm not sure about snow amounts, but this one was a lot considering we had no snow and it had been gone a while.  I want spring!!

The odd thing is, I was riding my bike in February, while we had highs in the 70's for several days.

Exactly!! And finally...today... I see most of the snow is leaving again. I spent a while outside and enjoyed it! Spring is on the way...again! lol
