Hi Rox! [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]
Well... ! Doncha love it? Yeah. I feel your pain;I'm sorry about that.
I hope the little dear is all-better very soon.

I thought probably everyone would really enjoy this !
(Even I do and I'm not very big on "out there"... )
I wasn't prepared for how beautiful (and non-scary) these photos are.
I was amazed!
I swiped a couple I thought were especially WOW...

Hubble Globular Star Cluster Messier 80
And so much for uploading - trying good ol' copy/paste...

[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]

YEAH! There ya go!
and "Hubble Ultra Deep Field"

Goody! [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]

Sorry! about that... once Ol Mo gets it loaded ...
meanwhile... grr... [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]

This one got my attention.

Oh, what-the-hey... [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]
(Jack will have such FUN with this one... [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.])

Interacting Galaxies “The Mice”

Streamers of
stars and gas emanate from two colliding galaxies known as
“The Mice,”
which will merge into one galaxy in about 500 million years. [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

Galaxy Group Stephan’s Quintet

Galaxies
are poised in a cosmic dance in galaxy group Stephan’s Quintet. Four of
the galaxies tug at each other gravitationally.

Galaxy Cluster Abell 2218

The
mass of galaxy cluster Abell 2218 distorts and magnifies the light of
galaxies beyond it, allowing us to see distant galaxies in the
universe.

Hubble Ultra Deep Field

This
view of nearly 100,000 galaxies captures the faintest visible-light
details of the universe ever seen. It reveals billions of light years
of galactic history.

Ring Nebula

Hubble
stares down a barrel of gas cast off by a dying star. The Ring Nebula,
floating some 2,000 light years from Earth, has a white dwarf star at
its center.

Cat’s Eye Nebula

Eleven
concentric shells of gas surround the dying star of the Cat’s Eye
Nebula, one of the most complex planetary nebulae ever discovered.

Galaxy
NGC 1300 exhibits a long, central bar shape that connects its spiral
arms. Our own Milky Way is known to be a barred spiral galaxy.

Send a message to Hubble

Be
a part of ongoing history. You can send a message to Hubble to
celebrate its 20th anniversary, which will be incorporated into a time
capsule.

Huh! Darned if I know how I / Ol' Mo did THIS...
I only meant to copy the "Mice"..

Breezey,
[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] I just meant-
from the standpoint of looking at someone's photos from their vacation
or a family reunion or whatever... You know,
"We went to Hawaii. These were taken when Stanley fell into
Diamond Head. Luckily, he left the camera on as he fell..."
type of photos.
The photos the telescope took are very "out of this world". Literally.

That one is pretty...!
The whole "concept" is beyond me ...
All of them become unmanageable for me
when I read the description of them.
